Overview
Stancor Copper supplied C11000 ETP Copper and C10200 Oxygen-Free Copper in 3 x 25 mm to 6 x 50 mm for paper-covered winding strip stock for a distribution transformer line in United Arab Emirates, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat.
The challenge
The customer needed paper-covered winding strip stock for a distribution transformer line that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 60 MT of C11000 ETP Copper and C10200 Oxygen-Free Copper in 3 x 25 mm to 6 x 50 mm, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
