Supplier of copper, brass and cupro-nickel — electrolytic busbars, sheets, strips, rods, tubes and pipes in ETP, oxygen-free and DHP copper, free cutting and naval brass, and 90/10 and 70/30 cupro-nickel, certified to EN 10204 3.1.
ETP and oxygen-free copper busbar, 3 mm to 50 mm thick, cut, punched, bent and tinned to drawing.
A busbar is bought on one number — conductivity — and everything else is fabrication. We stock C11000 electrolytic tough pitch and C10200 oxygen-free copper at 100% IACS minimum, in half-hard and annealed temper, 3 mm to 50 mm thick and up to 400 mm wide. Bars are cut to length, radiused, punched to your hole pattern, bent on the flat or the edge, and hot tin dipped or silver plated where the joint demands it. ETP, oxygen-free and DHP copper sheet 0.5 mm to 25 mm, strip from 0.2 mm, cut to size.
Sheet, plate and strip in C11000, C10200 and C12200 from 0.2 mm strip up to 25 mm plate. Annealed material forms and deep draws; half hard holds its shape in fabricated panels and roofing. We shear, laser and water-jet cut to size, so a transformer winding strip, an earthing plate and an architectural cladding panel all come off the same stock with a certificate each.

C12200 DHP copper tube 6 mm to 159 mm OD in straight lengths and coils for plumbing, HVAC and heat exchangers.
Phosphorus deoxidised copper tube to EN 1057 and ASTM B88 for plumbing and medical gas, EN 12735 and ASTM B280 for refrigeration, and ASTM B75 for heat exchangers. Supplied in hard drawn straight lengths and annealed coils, 6 mm to 159 mm outside diameter with 0.6 mm to 6 mm wall. Degreased and capped for refrigeration duty so the circuit is clean when it is brazed.

C36000 free cutting, C37700 forging and C46400 naval brass rod, hexagon, square and flat, 3 mm to 120 mm.
Brass in the three forms that actually get ordered: free cutting C36000 for bar-fed turning at 100% machinability, C37700 forging brass for hot stamped valve bodies and fittings, and tin-bearing C46400 naval brass where seawater would dezincify an ordinary 60/40. Round, hexagon, square and flat sections, 3 mm to 120 mm. Tell us if the part touches potable water and we will route you to a low-lead alternative instead of selling you C36000.

90/10 and 70/30 cupro-nickel tube, pipe, plate, fittings and flanges for seawater and condenser duty.
C70600 90/10 and C71500 70/30 cupro-nickel for seawater: condenser and heat exchanger tube, firewater and cooling pipework, tube plates, butt weld fittings and flanges. 90/10 covers most service up to about 2.5 m/s; above that, or in brackish and polluted water, 70/30 earns its premium. Supplied to ASTM B111, B466, B171 and EEMUA 144 with the eddy current and hydro reports in the pack.

C51000 phosphor bronze strip 0.1 mm to 3 mm and rod 6 mm to 50 mm in annealed to spring temper.
Five percent tin bronze for parts that must flex for years: contact springs, clips, bellows, diaphragms and bushes. Unlike brass it does not stress corrosion crack, so a formed spring keeps working in humid and ammoniacal air. Strip from 0.1 mm in annealed through to spring hard, rod 6 mm to 50 mm.
