Stancor Copper supplied C71500 Cupro-Nickel 70/30 in 25.4 mm to 76.2 mm OD for 70/30 cupro-nickel tube and pipe for high-velocity seawater service in Saudi Arabia, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat.
The challenge
The customer needed 70/30 cupro-nickel tube and pipe for high-velocity seawater service that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 38 MT of C71500 Cupro-Nickel 70/30 in 25.4 mm to 76.2 mm OD, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
