Stancor Copper supplied C70600 Cupro-Nickel 90/10 in 19.05 mm OD x 1.24 mm for 90/10 cupro-nickel condenser tube for a turbine condenser retubing shutdown in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat.
The challenge
The customer needed 90/10 cupro-nickel condenser tube for a turbine condenser retubing shutdown that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 42 MT of C70600 Cupro-Nickel 90/10 in 19.05 mm OD x 1.24 mm, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
