Overview
Stancor Copper supplied C11000 ETP Copper in 10 x 100 mm and 10 x 120 mm for cut, punched, bent and tin-plated ETP copper busbar for an LV panel programme in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat.
The challenge
The customer needed cut, punched, bent and tin-plated ETP copper busbar for an LV panel programme that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 95 MT of C11000 ETP Copper in 10 x 100 mm and 10 x 120 mm, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
