Stancor Copper supplied C36000 Free Cutting Brass in 12 mm to 60 mm round and hex for free cutting brass rod for a high-volume turned-parts shop in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat.
The challenge
The customer needed free cutting brass rod for a high-volume turned-parts shop that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released 120 MT of C36000 Free Cutting Brass in 12 mm to 60 mm round and hex, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate traceable to the heat and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
